January found us in Paris attending Maison & Objet and Paris Deco Off and, as expected, these two magical design events provided endless inspiration. Read on for a few highlights from our trip!

On arrival, we attended the Perennials & Timothy Corrigan Party at the Residence of the American Ambassador to France. It was a wonderfully fun Parisian soiree, where every guest was greeted by two opulently-dressed stilt walkers.

The following morning, it was time to explore Maison & Objet and this year’s fair was full of surprises – you truly never know what you’ll find once you walk through those doors!

After a full day spent exploring Maison & Objet, it was time to join our gracious hosts, Culp Associates, for The American Party in Paris! Hosted by premier US showrooms, it’s the most anticipated party of Paris Deco Off!

It’s always a treat experiencing the new designs at DeGournay. A fabulous embroidery on velvet (below) really caught our eye!

Touring the Pierre Frey Archives with Patrick Frey, was fascinating!

We also had the opportunity to journey through the flea market with our friends at Kravet. It was a lovely afternoon filled with so many good finds!
