The Lucas Team’s Project in Camden, Maine
Sandy’s team recently photographed their renovation of an 1890s cottage in Maine! Their visit coincided with an annual Schooner Festival, where tall ships filled the harbor, creating a memorable backdrop for a project defined by texture, light, and a distinctly maritime spirit. We look forward to sharing the professional photography with you soon!

An Update on Our 30 Acts of Kindness for 30 Years
As we continue our 30 Acts of Kindness initiative in honor of our 30th anniversary, we’re excited to share how our team has been giving back this fall. In September, we participated in the ASID Food Drive, and in October we’ll be joining the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
It is always such a joy to come together as a team to give back to our local community in meaningful ways. We are grateful for these opportunities where we can make a small difference while spreading a little kindness along the way.

Have You Seen Us Lately?
We loved seeing our work featured in Homes & Gardens’ article, “Is Preppy Making a Comeback?” These rooms pair tailored classics with crisp linens, antique chests, and curated details that make timeless style feel effortless.

One of Sandy’s playful designs was featured in Parade Home and Garden’s “21 Playroom Ideas Any Kid Will Love.” It is always such a joy to design imaginative interiors where children can grow, play, and dream.

Sarah’s sourcing expertise was highlighted in Homes & Gardens’ “These Are the Best Cities in America for Antique Shopping, According to Interior Designers.” Antiques weave history, scale, and craftsmanship throughout a home, and her perspective reflects our love for creating spaces that feel layered, personal, and full of character.

Designing kids’ rooms is all about blending playfulness with lasting charm. Vibrant colors create cheerful, layered spaces full of personality, as seen in Sandy’s feature in Homes & Gardens’ “The Best Kids’ Room Color Ideas to Help You Create a Joyful, Personality-Packed Space They Won’t Outgrow.”

As we step into fall, we are reminded of the fresh energy this season brings. From installations to photo shoots, volunteer opportunities, and projects in progress, the past few months have been full of meaningful work and inspiration.
We look forward to sharing more stories, thoughtful perspectives, and inspiration with you in the season ahead!
